NO PIRATES ALLOWED... another train is leaving

Good day everyone!


I know it has been a while since I have posted and that is because my children have had spring holiday and I have been trying to keep them busy so they don't drive me crazy. I am crazy enough trying to run the house, take care of them and try to fit in designing and now creating as I have entered the ADSR. Not sure what I was thinking, but someone said they needed a partner and I need to get back to basics so that maybe my designing can get even better.
Ok now for the new "Blog Train"! This month is called "No Pirates Allowed" because as designers we have tired of people taking our designs and either selling them or giving them away to others without our permission. Though the kit is more pirate/ninja inspired the whole premise is to remember we work hard for what we do and when we give freebies it is out of a wonderful place in our hearts. We love to share our talent but do not like to be take advantage of, so while you download all the wonderful parts of this blog train, remember to send others to our blogs for the downloads and leave love for each designer you choose to download from.

I know you have be excited as I am part of the wonderful "Blog Train" again this month! Back to back months is pretty exciting not just for you (all those free goodies) but for me. It really helps me get motivated and inspires me. This month of course is the month of Love and this train will not disappoint! "My Hearts Dream" is just full of everything you need for those "love" layouts but also for so many other types. Its Time for Another Train!

Happy New Year!

I know I have been quite quiet through these holidays but I ended up throwing my back out on Christmas (not sure how) and am still trying to recover. Hopefully it will get back to normal soon, if not, another visit to the doctor.

Enough of that, I hope you all enjoyed your holidays however you might have celebrated and are ready for a brand new year of new experiences, hopes and joys. This time around "The Blog Train" has come up with a soothing theme and color scheme. Its all about Grandmas Quilt and how it feels to be at Grandmas home and feeling the love.

Faith Sisters "Blessings" Blog Train

Good day everyone!

Let's start this holiday season off right..... why not do that with a "Blessings" blog train from the Designers at Faith Sisters. We have just recently added a lot of new Designers to our shop and we hope that you will enjoy their goodies as much as you have enjoyed our previous ones. This coming month our collaboration is called "Blessings" because you can never have enough of those especially around the holiday season. Wow! So much going on and so many freebies

September has started off to be a very busy month. I have the birthday celebration going on over at Faith Sisters, I have a new kit to go with the Sweet Sweet Song Challenge at Faith Sister and the Designer Contest over at The Studio has also started. Now the Sweet Sweet Song Challenge has also started which I made a kit for as well as a freebie quick page..... here is what the challenge is about this month.

As we face problems and difficult decisions in our lives, we should look to the teaching of God to help us.

Is there a song that helps you to see God as our teacher or is there a song that brought to light a calling God had for you? No matter the topic (career, family, money, etc.) He is the ultimate authority. I hope you will join us this month in creating a layout inspired by your favorite songs. Finally the competition has started over at The Studio for the next best designers. This year they have given each designer a number so that they will be voted on by merit and not popularity. I am one of the designers in the competition so I would love your vote but you have to figure out which one I am seeing we are all "secret squirrels" for the month. Hey hey hey!!! Anyone up for a blog train??? It has been a while since I have gotten to participate in a blog train so I am super excited about this one. The Collaboration kit by the Faith Sister Designers is called Homecooked Happiness and is filled with all the wonderful things that bring you back to the Cooking at the Holidays and those special cooking moments.

Double Shop Blog Train and Much More

Well hi there everyone! I know it has been a while but things have been super crazy. I had bought into a shop to co-own it, did all kinds of work, and then we decided that we had different visions for the shop so I backed out. Then I have been working on a blog train that will be between Scrapable and Pretty Scrappy, a Duo with Bianca of Project B from Scrapable as well as two other new kits. I will not show you everything today seeing that is a lot and I have freebies to go with everything. We will start with the blog train and duo between Scrapble Shop and Pretty Scrappy Shop Designers.
The Duo kit I did with Bianca of Project B Designs is called "In A Boys Pocket". If you have a boy or an adventurous girl, you know that they bring home in their pockets - right? Well this kit is full of all those bugs, animals and outdoor play remants. This kit is designed around shades of blue, green, brown and red to help you complete almost any type of layout. In A Boys Pocket might make you believe it is just for boys but it will be perfect for almost any layout, as you will see by the wonderful creations made by the Pretty Scrappy CT and my personal CT, from new babies to adults. There are 24 papers and 43 elements not including the wordart and alpha add on and the soon to be quickpage album add on. Check it out below!
