Good day everyone!

Let's start this holiday season off right..... why not do that with a "Blessings" blog train from the Designers at Faith Sisters. We have just recently added a lot of new Designers to our shop and we hope that you will enjoy their goodies as much as you have enjoyed our previous ones. This coming month our collaboration is called "Blessings" because you can never have enough of those especially around the holiday season. Beware though, this train leaves on the 25th and will be gone on the 31st so get your goodies while you can. After the 31st, you can purchase the whole kit in the shop or get it as a gift with purchase.

October Template Challenge at Faith Sisters

Hi everyone....

Welcome to the Thursday Designer Challenge.... I want to welcome all digital and paper scrappers for this challenge. I have created a sweet multi-photo template for you to play with this week. You can download it here (sorry link expired).



All of those who participate and post in the forum and gallery by October 28th will recieve a 50% off coupon to my store. If you choose to use any designs from any of the Faith Sister Designers, you will be entered into a drawing for $5.00 to my shop.

My Sweet, Sweet Song- Lay It Down

What burdens are you carrying through life? Maybe your load consists of a large single burden that you are so crushed under you don‘t know if you can even take a step. Maybe it is made of many small burdens that you really haven’t come to realize you are carrying until the weight of them added together starts to cause you to become weary and fatigued. There is great news for those of us who are weary and burdened! The weight can be lifted off our shoulders if we give it over to God. At the foot of the cross, we can lay it down.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." -Matthew 11:28-30

Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. Our God is a God who saves; from the Sovereign LORD comes escape from death. -Psalm 68 19-20

Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, -Philippians 3 12-13

Final Week of the Moo Twoo Designs Challenge

Hi there everyone....

First I want to thank all of you who have come out to vote (even if it wasn't for me) for the last 3 weeks. This weekend is the end of the freebies and the last votes. We are down to 5 contestants but they are some really nice mini kits. This week we were challenged to make our mini's from scratch using the theme "Pregnancy". So none of these kits used any CU products free or purchased.... all from scratch or extracted.

Time for Round 3 Voting

Good morning everyone!

Round 3 Voting has started over at Moo Two Designs for the Designer Challenge. This round was about teenage boys and what they might like. We were given a photo of one of the other designers nephew to get our colors, as well as some of his likes and dislikes. Looking for CT Shop Home?

FaithSisters.com is searching for Digital Creative Team members, to start in October
2010 and go through December 2010. CT Members will create on a rotation of the FS
Designers. Once you have gone through the whole rotation, you can choose to work
on new releases to the store. You will also have the chance to stay on after 2010 if
you choose.

Made it to Round 2 ... Yippee

Hi everyone...

Thanks to everyone who voted in Round 1, rather it was for me or not. Well Round 2 has started and it was a very difficult task. We were given the following quilt as inspiration to come up with a color palette, theme, title and one of the following: Paper Pack, Element Pack or Border Pack.
