It is really easy... if you type the letters over the paper, then move them under the paper, click back on the paper then you just hold ctrl, alt and G all at the same time. This will clip the paper to the exact shape you wanted (this case letters). Just a quick thing but I will definately put together a tutorial with snap shots for you as well.
